Refund Policy


Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The return must be received by American Freedom Tribe within 10 days of purchase.

The returned item must be unworn and in a new condition.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.

Once a product is shipped it must be sent back by the customer. We cannot cancel the order or refund until we receive the product back to us from the return shipment provided by the customer.

The return shipment is solely the responsibility of the customer.


After receiving the returned item, American Freedom Tribe will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. American Freedom Tribe will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to American Freedom Tribe. In the case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. In the case of a missing package on international orders we will offer a 75% refund, and we will not be able to send out a second package. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.


To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at 37 Taunton Green #2123, Taunton, MA, 02780, United States. 

You will then receive an American Freedom Tribe Gift Card for the value of your exchanges item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
